How long do your doughnuts last?

To experience the true doughnut goodness we suggest eating the doughnuts on the day of delivery.

How are your doughnuts made?

All of our doughnuts are made by experts in a dedicated doughnut making facility!

What is in your doughnuts?

Our doughnuts vary due to flavours however, typically, flour, yeast and vegetable shortening. Glazes include full cream milk or coconut milk for vegan doughnuts.

How fresh are your doughnuts?

Our doughnuts are all freshly made on the same day as your delivery.

How do I store my doughnuts?

It is recommended you store our doughnuts in a cupboard.

Are your doughnuts freezable?

We do not recommend freezing our doughnuts. If you do, please do so at your own risk.

Doughnut Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver locally from Hermitage and up to 10 miles. Including Theale & Basingstoke.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs vary.

Hermitage is free
0-3 miles is £2
3-10 miles is £4
Theale & Basingstoke is £4

Who delivers my doughnuts?

Your doughnuts will be hand delivered by one of our Crazydayz staff.

Do I need to be at home to accept the delivery?

Typically yes, however we can box your doughnuts and place in a secure location away from the sun/rain if needed.

How long is delivery?

Local Delivery is next day if ordered before 4pm.

How does click & collect work?

Click & collect is from our Our Click & Collect Location: Unit 50, Unity House, Greenham Business Park, Newbury, Berkshire, Thatcham RG19 6HU. You can only collect Tuesday – Friday between 8am & 10am.

How do I know if you have received my order?

You will receive a notification email confirming your order, if you don’t please contact us. Always remember to check your spam folders.

Where is my confirmation email?

Your email system may have blocked our email, please check your spam/junk folders and give us a call if you still cannot locate your email.

Something is wrong with my order...

If your order isn’t correct or is missing something, just drop us an email to info@crazydayzdoughnuts.co.uk

Please include – name, delivery postcode, and order details. This will help us locate your order quickly.

How do I cancel or change an order?

If you need to change or cancel your order you have up to an hour to make any adjustments or cancel your order.
